Welcome to
GAMES
Acrophobia is a game where you create funny, witty or topical answers to an acronym, in
an attempt to receive votes for your creativity. Everyone who plays also votes, but since
they can't vote for their own answer you always have a chance to score. The game lasts
until someone scores 30 points, then the top two scorers advance to the Face-Off Round,
where a winner is crowned!
As the acronyms are randomly generated, the game is never the same twice. Each game lasts
about 25 minutes, perfect for a lunch-time break. (Many people stay for several games in a
row, for a longer experience.)
The game is played by tens of thousands a day, giving players a chance to chat with people
all over the world. Players often prefer to return to a room (or rooms) because they've
developed relationships with the other players that play there frequently. So have a look
around and see which rooms you like. You'll find that the Acro community is outstanding.

What's the Big Idea? challenges you to guess how others will answer funny and
thought-provoking questions. Correct predictions can allow you to climb the Ziggurat, a
pyramid that changes layout with every game. There are good steps (read: IQ Points) and
bad steps, and random storms can affect your ascent. IQ Points increase at the top,
especially during the Blowout round when you can blast above the pyramid to collect high
numbers.
Your Sensator will be visible on the Ziggurat and do all the climbing for you, and you'll
be playing against many opponent Sensators, up to 100 others, each representing another
person online. All you have to do is answer questions. Since the players change from game
to game, the answers change, creating a new experience everytime.
Getting to the top of the Ziggurat can be difficult, but it is the IQ points that really
matter. The player(s) with the most IQ Points in game wins, and those points are
cumulative. You can see at the end of each game your total points and average points per
game.
